D.) Using Keeper

Below are instructional videos for using various features in Keeper. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Service Desk ([email protected]).

E.) Device Approvals

The very first time you log into Keeper, this will not apply. However, if you log in to a new device or browser, one of your "recognized" devices or browsers must approve, similar to a new iPad, iPhone, etc. This device approval can occur one of two ways: Keeper Push or Admin Approval.

      1. Keeper Push: This is a proprietary, notification-based device approval system that sends a push notification to an existing, recognized device. This is a self-service process that allows users to handle the device approval on their own. It is not a Duo challenge as this is a Keeper-specific system.

If you select Keeper Push, a notification (push) will be appear in your Keeper vault on an approved device or Keeper browser session Select Approve to approve the new device. Once the device has been approved, you will be able to proceed to your Keeper Vault.
You must be actively logged into a different, recognized/approved device to receive the notification.
      2. Admin Approval: This option will send a notification to the Service Desk (425.521.6100 or [email protected]) requesting device approval. If you do not have an existing, recognized device, this will be the only path gain access again. Once the device has been approved, you will be able to proceed to your Keeper Vault.
